You take pride in your home, so why not show it off.  We photograph the exterior of your exceptional home plus  interior rooms and display them in a full color legal size interior flyer that can be taken home by potential buyers.  When that buyers go back home to make a decision, they have a complete listing of all the amenities and professional photographs to remind them of the quality and luxury of your home. They can refer to it again and again.  Although expensive to produce, we feel that you are worth the additional time and effort.

The World Wide Web as a Marketing Tool:

The QR (Quick Response) code:

Buyers can scan this QR code and it will take them to the complete MLS search so they can see all the amenities of our property. We are constantly looking for ways to give you the most and best exposure for your property.

Staging Your Home:

You'll be given tips on preparing your home for sale. You'll also receive information to assist you prepare your home for each showing.  First impressions, of course, are the most important so we will work together to make the strongest of first impressions.  I refer to this task as "ShowTime".

Target Marketing:

Exceptional properties have a head start with our Previews® Program.  We have been successfully marketing luxury properties since 1933 when Previews® broke new ground by marketing luxury properties to the maximum number of qualified buyers on a national and international scale, instead of to the limited few buyers that other brokers would typically reach. Your home is may be showcased to thousands of weekly readers by aggressively advertising in the region's most widely read publications.  Our targeted advertising efforts include the best newspapers in the area:  The Sacramento Bee, Press Tribune, Auburn Journal, Folsom Telegraph, Mountain Democrat, Inside the City.

Strategically placed ads may also be used in the Discover Magazine, Property Showcase, Sacramento Magazine, and/or Unique Homes.  We also advertise in the San Francisco Bay area so that we reach the buyers before they even come over for their first visit to see homes.

In addition, the Coldwell Banker message is seen and heard on:  network and cable television campaigns, network radio stations, major consumer print campaigns in publications such as Newsweek, U.S. News & World Report, Money Magazine and Unique Homes.

TV and Radio Advertising:

To reach the maximum prospective buyers, we also include advertising on CNN, HGTV, Discovery Channel, and the Family Channel. 

"Just Listed" Mail Outs:

Color printed cards are sent out (1,000 at a time) to the surrounding neighborhoods, the Bay Area, top producing agents and brokers,  and my personal data base of active buyers.

Networking:

We have developed networking skills that make the other agents very comfortable to show our listings.  Sacramento area agents will call us asking about out present and upcoming listings so that they can show the homes to their buyers.
